Syrian Minister of Local Administration and Environment Mohammad Anjarani announced that the ministry has moved from assessing the state of public sanitation to the practical implementation phase by addressing the main challenges facing local administrative units, most notably the shortage of vehicles and equipment.
In a post published on the “X” platform, Anjarani stated that the ministry signed a contract to supply new sanitation vehicles within a period not exceeding 100 days, in preparation for distributing them across various governorates.
He affirmed that this step comes as part of efforts to improve public services, raise the level of cleanliness, and enhance the quality of services provided to citizens.
