The Directorate of Culture in Homs, in cooperation with the “Happy Magic” troupe, launched the children’s entertainment theatrical performance “Squirrel Tales,” as part of its cultural program aimed at offering artistic activities that combine entertainment and awareness.
The show aims to develop children’s imagination and strengthen educational and human values through an engaging theatrical approach based on storytelling and interactive performance. It helps reinforce concepts of cooperation, friendship, and respect for others, while also encouraging children to engage with theatrical arts.
The Directorate of Culture emphasized that organizing this performance comes within its ongoing efforts to provide diverse cultural activities targeting all age groups, especially children, out of belief in the importance of theatre in building personality and developing creative skills, as well as offering an educational and recreational space during the summer holidays.
“Squirrel Tales” is part of a series of cultural activities organized by the directorate in cooperation with local artistic troupes, aiming to spread culture and the arts and to enhance the role of theatre as an educational and cultural tool that contributes to shaping the awareness of younger generations.
