Syrian Industries Exhibition “Syrex Jeddah 2026” Launches with the Participation of More Than 160 Companies

Dimasheq News Platform

The first edition of the Syrian Industries Exhibition, “Syrex Jeddah 2026,” has officially launched in the Saudi city of Jeddah under the patronage of the Syrian Ministry of Economy and Industry, with the participation of the Damascus and its Countryside Chamber of Industry and the Aleppo Chamber of Industry. The event aims to strengthen the presence of Syrian products in the Saudi and regional markets.

More than 160 Syrian companies and factories are participating in the exhibition, representing a range of industrial sectors, most notably the food, textile, engineering, and chemical industries. Participants are showcasing a wide variety of Syrian products to investors, businesspeople, and commercial entities in the Saudi market.

The Ministry of Economy and Industry stated that organizing the exhibition comes as part of efforts to support the national industry and enhance its ability to access foreign markets. It noted that the event seeks to open new horizons for trade and investment cooperation between Syrian companies and businesspeople and their counterparts in Saudi Arabia.

The ministry added that its patronage of the exhibition reflects its commitment to supporting Syrian products and facilitating their access to regional markets, contributing to the expansion of exports and the strengthening of economic and trade relations with Arab countries.

“Syrex Jeddah” serves as a specialized economic platform for introducing Syrian industries and products, while providing participating companies with opportunities to establish new trade and investment partnerships. It also offers a space to explore opportunities for expansion in the Saudi market and benefit from its position as a gateway to markets across the region.

The broad participation of Syrian companies and factories in the exhibition’s first edition reflects the diversity of Syria’s industrial base and seeks to transform economic events and specialized exhibitions into a direct space for communication between producers, importers, and investors, while strengthening trade exchange between Syria and Saudi Arabia.
