The Damascus Foundation for Thought, Culture and Development is a Syrian non-profit organization established in Damascus, in the Syrian Arab Republic, pursuant to Decision No. 2547 of the Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, dated July 6, 2025.

Dimasheq e.V. for Culture, Studies and Development – a non-profit, public-benefit cultural association registered under number 2276, tax number 309/5851/2117, tax-exempt under Sections 51 and 52 of the German Fiscal Code and Section 5 of the German Corporate Tax Act. First established in 2012, the association has published "Dimasheq," a cultural and intellectual magazine.
