The Women’s Office of the Syrian Gathering in Germany organized a social and cultural event titled “Under One Roof” in the city of Duisburg, with broad participation from members of the Syrian community. The event aimed to support Syrian women, enhance their role in society, and encourage their contribution to reconstruction efforts.
The event featured an exhibition of visual arts, paintings, and handicrafts, in addition to stalls showcasing traditional Syrian food and heritage products that reflected the richness and authenticity of Syrian cultural identity.
The event also included auctions of several artworks, with the proceeds dedicated to supporting Syrian women and helping cover the costs of necessary surgical operations for some of them. The initiative reflected the spirit of solidarity and mutual support within the Syrian community.
