As part of its efforts to enhance cultural awareness and develop human capacities among young people, the Culture Directorate in Idlib Governorate is organizing an interactive lecture titled: “Personal Leadership between the Challenges of Present Reality and the Horizons of Future Ambition.” The event will include the participation of several individuals interested in cultural and development-related affairs.
The lecture aims to empower youth and develop their leadership skills by highlighting the importance of personal leadership in facing the challenges imposed by current realities. It also seeks to strengthen decision-making abilities and build self-confidence, contributing to the preparation of a generation capable of active participation in society.
In addition, the session will address a set of topics related to strategies for dealing with daily challenges, making use of available resources and opportunities to achieve future goals and ambitions, as well as discussing methods of positive thinking and personal strategic planning. This is intended to help young people define clear paths toward success and excellence.
This event comes within a series of cultural and awareness activities implemented by the Culture Directorate in Idlib, reflecting its role in supporting youth potential, spreading a culture of self-development, and promoting values of initiative, creativity, and social responsibility.
