Syrian actor and director of the play Dress Rehearsal for Judgment Day, Maher Salibi, said that the premiere received an outstanding response from the audience, expressing his delight with the warm the production received and emphasizing that the play’s message reached viewers exactly as the team had hoped.

 

Speaking to Dimasheq, Salibi said:

 

“If I were to describe how I feel, I would say I’m incredibly, incredibly happy. The audience’s response was wonderful, and they were truly amazing. Thank God, the message of the play reached them. It was a feeling of awe and fulfillment, and the energy the audience gave us was simply extraordinary.”

 

He added that a premiere always carries a unique emotional significance, especially when the theater is full and the audience engages with every scene. According to Salibi, that enthusiastic interaction was the clearest indication that the production had successfully conveyed its message.
