Italian coach Carlo Ancelotti expressed his support for the idea of José Mourinho returning to manage Real Madrid, stating that the Portuguese manager possesses the experience and strong personality needed to guide the club back to success once again.
Ancelotti also spoke about the difficult phase currently facing the Spanish giants, admitting that the team is going through a rebuilding period following the departure of several key stars and influential leaders over the past few years — a situation that has affected both the squad’s balance and the spirit inside the dressing room.
The Italian manager further stressed that Real Madrid’s achievements in recent years were not based solely on technical quality, but also on the presence of strong leadership figures who helped create a winning mentality within the team.
During his remarks, Ancelotti rejected claims suggesting that Real Madrid players impose their opinions on coaches. He emphasized that a successful relationship within the club is built on communication and mutual understanding between the coaching staff and the players, rather than the chaos some critics attempt to portray.
