The Ministry of Culture’s pavilion recorded remarkable attendance on the second day of the Nas Tex International Exhibition, attracting more than 2,000 visitors, reflecting the growing public interest in cultural heritage, traditional crafts, and the historical and cultural significance of the textile industry.
Visitors showed great enthusiasm for the pavilion’s diverse sections, which document the history of textiles, showcase their development throughout the ages, and highlight the traditional skills and crafts associated with this industry. Through informative displays and interactive experiences, the pavilion sheds light on Syria’s rich cultural heritage and its role in strengthening national identity.
The Ministry’s pavilion continues to offer visitors a rich cultural experience by combining historical documentation with live demonstrations of traditional crafts. This contributes to raising awareness of the value of textile heritage, preserving this cultural legacy, and passing it on to future generations.
