Hasakah Deputy Governor Ahmad Al-Hilali said on Saturday that the technical and administrative arrangements necessary to resume judicial work in the province are still being completed, in preparation for the start of judicial operations in early September, coinciding with the end of the judicial recess.
Al-Hilali said that efforts are focused on unifying procedures and strengthening coordination among the various relevant authorities to ensure the regular functioning of the judiciary and uphold the rule of law. He stressed the importance of preparing judicial institutions to resume their duties and provide services to citizens.
He explained that the measures being taken aim to reorganize and reactivate judicial institutions in Hasakah and ensure the readiness of the Justice Palace, judicial complexes, and courts to resume their work, contributing to facilitating citizens’ access to judicial services and authorities.
In this context, Al-Hilali met on Saturday with the province’s Prosecutor General, Judge Ghazi Al-Sheikh Ibrahim, to discuss the current state of judicial work and the practical steps being taken to reactivate the Justice Palace, judicial complexes, and courts in the province.
These measures come as part of preparations to restore the regular functioning of the judiciary in Hasakah, following the completion of the administrative and technical requirements necessary to begin work with the end of the judicial recess.
