Minister of Administrative Development, Mohammad Hassan Al-Skaf, affirmed that the graduation of the new cohort of the Advanced Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation reflects the ministry’s ongoing commitment to building qualified national cadres who possess the competence and expertise necessary to entrench the principles of transparency and accountability within state institutions, thereby contributing to the development of administrative performance and the improvement of institutional work quality.
Al-Skaf explained that investment in people represents the fundamental pillar of any genuine administrative development process, noting that qualifying national talent and empowering it with modern knowledge and skills is among the ministry’s top priorities within its efforts to modernize public administration and enhance the efficiency of government institutions.
