The Ministry of Education announced on Wednesday the issuance of a new decision regulating the renewal process for administrative employment contracts, aiming to retain qualified personnel, benefit from accumulated expertise, and meet actual operational needs in accordance with the applicable legal regulations.
Minister of Education Mohammad Turko stated that the decision is part of the ministry’s efforts to enhance administrative stability within educational institutions and ensure the continued employment of competent staff who have demonstrated their value in supporting the educational process. He noted that the ministry is committed to managing its human resources efficiently in order to maintain continuity of work and improve the quality of administrative services provided to schools and education directorates.
He added that the decision introduces clear procedures for submitting contract renewal requests, linking them to the actual staffing needs of each institution. The measure is intended to promote transparency, strengthen sound human resource management, and direct experienced personnel to the areas where they are most needed, thereby supporting the stability of the education sector across all governorates.
