Under the patronage of the Ministry of Culture, the Damascus Theatre Troupe is preparing to present its new theatrical production, “Rehearsal for Judgment Day,” in cooperation with the Directorate of Theatres and Music and the Damascus Foundation for Culture, Thought, Arts, and Development. The performances will take place at Al-Hamra Theatre in Damascus.
This production comes as part of the cultural and theatrical movement currently flourishing in the capital, Damascus, with the aim of strengthening the presence of theatre and providing audiences with the opportunity to experience new creative works that address human and social issues through a contemporary artistic vision.
The play is scheduled to be performed daily from June 26 to June 30, with shows beginning at 7:30 p.m. Al-Hamra Theatre will welcome audiences and theatre enthusiasts to enjoy a production that combines dramatic performance with a distinctive directorial approach.
The organizing bodies invite the public to attend and enjoy this new theatrical experience, which contributes to enriching Syria’s cultural and artistic landscape and reflects the continued vitality of the theatre movement in presenting high-quality productions that resonate with audiences and address issues of contemporary relevance.
