The Ministry of Culture and the Latakia Governorate reviewed the current state of the cultural sector and discussed avenues for its development. The meeting addressed support for cultural activities and programs, examined the key challenges facing the sector, and explored potential projects and initiatives aimed at advancing cultural life and activating literary and artistic centers and forums across the governorate.
This came during a meeting between Minister of Culture Mohammad Yassin Al-Saleh and Latakia Governor Mohammad Othman, held as part of an official visit to the governorate. Both sides emphasized the importance of revitalizing cultural activity and enhancing cooperation and coordination to foster meaningful progress in the cultural landscape.
